Saint Frances Cabrini Parish in West Bend, Wisconsin is seeking a Catholic Formation Program Coordinator to assist in the support and coordination of our Catholic Formation programming. The Catholic Formation Program Coordinator will assist the Catholic Formation Department with the development and implementation of a family based formation program to begin fall 2018. This person will be responsible for working directly with catechists and families participating in the formation programming.

This position will also assist with Sacramental Preparation including Baptism Preparation, First Reconciliation and First Eucharist. As time allows, the position will also work with the coordination of the Discipleship Small Group ministry.

Because this is a new position to the parish, hours will be flexible between 15-20 hours a week depending on the workload for the formation programming. Hours are not to exceed 20 hours a week. This position will include a regular routine of Sunday morning ministry presence, as well as at least one evening a week. A regular schedule can be established. Salary and compensation based on prior work experience. Applicants must be Catholics in full communion with the Church. Some prior theological training and parish experience is recommended, but is not required.

Saint Frances Cabrini Parish in West Bend is seeking an individual with a passion for a career in Childhood Education management with a focus as its Early Childhood Center Director. We seek a highly energetic, personable, warm, caring leader who is devoted to and passionate about early childhood development and the happiness of the families to be served.
The center director is a management role for an individual preferably who has experience in the classroom and the ambition to oversee and grow a center on our parish campus. This program would accompany and support our K3-8 school and its care needs both during the school year and during the summer months.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Be accountable for the operation of the center adhering to WI State licensing standards. Communicate with staff and parents about center news, monthly updates and day-to-day occurrences. Promote the positive image of the center. Recruit, select and retain quality staff. Record keeping as per state requirements.
• Preferred: At least 3 years Early Childhood Care experience including 2 years working in a child care center. 1 year management experience. A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a child development field. Strong computer skills. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong time management, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Strong leadership &supervisory skills. Ability to create/maintain partnerships with families and staff.

The position start date negotiable based on availability
