School Principal

Saint Frances Cabrini Catholic School located in West Bend, Wisconsin is seeking a mission-oriented leader for our K3-Grade 8 school of 250+ students that is proud to enjoy “exemplary status” as an Archdiocesan School in the area of Mission and Catholic Identity.

We are searching for a Catholic school leader who is ministerial in their leadership approach and committed to building a school community that is rooted in the Catholic faith. The principal is responsible for supervising the faculty and support staff members, while serving as the spiritual, instructional, and managerial leader for the school. The principal also works as a team with the director of our newly created Little Saints Early Childhood Center and Wrap Care programs.

The principal collaborates with school stakeholders in making effective decisions and developing and executing a strategic vision with emphasis in marketing, development, and growing the school.

The ideal candidate is a passionate educator who has a record of success and who possesses excellent administrative, interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, along with a successful, teaching background that is rooted in a love of children.  The ideal candidate will also be prepared to continue to build collaborative links with the other parish Catholic grade schools in the West Bend community. 

Minimum requirements: our principal must be a practicing Catholic in full communion with the Church, with a lived commitment to the Gospel and knowledgeable of Church teachings. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess a Masters Degree in Education (or equivalent), be licensed as a school administrator, have experience with an elementary school, and have an ability to work effectively with faculty, students, families, and parish pastoral staff. Extensive knowledge of elementary and middle school curriculum, assessment, technology, demonstrated success in teaching and school administration is required.
Preferred requirements: Minimum five years of teaching experience required. A minimum of three years of administrative experience leading a successful, results-oriented Catholic school is preferred.

Compensation
Compensation is commensurate with experience and the suggested Archdiocesan salary compensation figures for a school principal.

Early Childhood Teachers-Full and Part-time
Saint Frances Cabrini School will be opening their Early Childhood Center, Little Saints, in August! We are now accepting applications for creative, motivated, energetic, and dedicated early childhood teachers. Little Saints will serve children ages 6 weeks through 4 years of age. Full and part time Infant, Toddler, Twos & Threes positions available. Well-qualified and experienced candidates preferred but will train the right creative, motivated, energetic, and dedicated person.
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to work in the United States
• Able to pass a background check in accordance with the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families Childcare Licensing Regulations
• Willing to obtain the proper certifications within 6 months of hire if not already qualified
• Agree to uphold the vision and mission of Saint Frances Cabrini School, Little Saints Early Learning Center, and the Catholic Church
