Beginning in fall of 2016, Children’s Catholic Formation classes will take place on Sundays from 11:15am-12:30pm from Mid-September – April.
In class, the students will learn about the Catholic faith, join in service to others, and pray together while understanding God and themselves more fully. This program is designed to supplement, rather than substitute, what the children learn at home and through regular attendance at Mass. Families are encouraged to seek religious formation in their daily lives and to actively participate in the community at Saint Frances Cabrini. Adult and teen volunteers are needed to help this program run smoothly. Children’s registration fees are waived for parents who volunteer as a catechist. Other volunteer opportunities are: Classroom aide, attendance aid, and helping to organize special events.
