Andrew Kolb-Pastoral Council Chair and Liaison to the Cluster Group
My name is Andrew Kolb, and I have been a member of St. Frances Cabrini since my childhood. I recently graduated with my Master’s from Marquette University, and I work at Spaulding Clinical Research in West Bend as a Software Engineer.
My wife Katie and I have been married for two years, and are looking forward to serving our parish in as many ways as we can. As a member of the Pastoral Council, I hope I can use my talents to improve our parish’s sense of community and further develop our Catholic identity in a rapidly changing world.
Lisa French-Pastoral Council Vice Chair-Liaison to the Finance Council
My husband Paul and I joined the parish when we moved to West Bend four years ago as empty nesters. We were both fortunate to have been part of strong Catholic communities during our grade school years (Mother of Good Counsel in Milwaukee), and high school years (Marquette and Divine Savior Holy Angels high schools, respectively). We have been married since 1987, and when we started our family, we chose the same, raising our two daughters, Katie and Becca, while active parishioners at St. Mary’s Menomonee Falls. We were fortunate to be able to have them continue their Catholic education through high school (Divine Savior Holy Angels) and college. Catherine completed her undergraduate and law degree at Creighton University in Omaha. Rebecca completed her undergraduate degree at Marquette.
I look forward to sharing my gifts as an active participant here at SFC, now as a new member of the pastoral council, and as a continuing volunteer with religious education, art and environment, finance and school committees, or wherever the spirit directs me.

Joe Vespalec -Liason to the Finance Council
Hello I’m Joe Vespalec. I have been married to Andrea for 26 years. We have two boys, Matthew 21 and Brett 15. We came into full Communion with the Catholic Church here at St Frances Cabrini during the Easter Vigil in 2013. That’s a night I will never forget. I Just recently I had the opportunity to experience the discernment process for joining the Parish Council. It was a beautiful night filled with the Holy Spirit. I feel blessed being chosen to sit on this Counsil. It means so much to me to be part of a great group of people that help SFC grow in every way. I look forward to the challenges ahead as we embark on the next year.
Over the past two years I have been part of the Discipleship Small Group as a group leader. I have had the opportunity to help out with the youth as a chaperone for SFHD. I have volunteered as an Usher and a Eucharistic minister.
Saint Frances Cabrini is blessed with so many wonderful people. I truly feel like I am part of a big family of God here. I look forward to the next three years as a member of the Parish Counsil and the opportunity to help SFC grow as we face the challenges ahead.

We have four children: Three are at Saint Frances Cabrini School and our oldest is a recent graduate of Cabrini and starting his freshman year at West Bend East. I work with the Department of Veterans Affairs and enjoy serving our veterans.
I currently do numerous volunteer opportunities with the parish school through scouts, various auction duties, classroom parent, and extra-curriculars. I help the parish through greeting as masses and washing the serving robes for the Christmas mass. I enjoy pastoral council, and the opportunities it offers to serve our parish.
Jarrod Lehnerz-Liaison to the Archdiocesan Pastoral Council
Hello, my name is Jarrod Lehnerz. I have called Saint Frances Cabrini and West Bend home, for as long as I can remember. I am a graduate of Saint Frances Cabrini School, a former member of the United States Army and Army National Guard, and I am currently employed at Super Sky Products Enterprises, LLC.
In 1997 I married my lovely wife Andrea, and we have four beautiful children. Abby was born in 1999, Alex in 2001, Genevieve in 2007, and Caitlyn in 2009. All of them are going to or have graduated from Saint Frances Cabrini School. We are very blessed to be able to send our children to school here, and it has been well worth it. Many of us are active in different areas of Parish life. As for me personally, I am an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion, and I do Lector on a regular basis for the 6:15am Mass at Saint Mary’s Immaculate Conception. I am a Catechist for the High School Religious Education program. I enjoy chaperoning for the teens when they go on Retreat, to the Wisconsin Catholic Youth Rally, St. John Bosco Day at Holy Hill, the Steubenville Youth Conference, or even just at their summer group nights. I also was a Coach for the Boldt Robotics program at the school and have been helping with Take Down for the School Auction.
I am very blessed to have such a wonderful family. Not only my wife and children, but my amazing parents, brothers, sisters and their families. I also have to say that it truly is a blessing to be part of the family here at Saint Frances Cabrini Parish. I am honored to have been nominated and chosen by the Holy Spirit to serve on the Pastoral Council. I look forward to the experience, and pray that the Holy Spirit will guide me and the other council members as we assist our Pastor, Associate Pastor, and Staff here at Saint Frances Cabrini and in our West Bend Catholic community.
God Bless Us, Everyone!!!
Dave Gugg-Liaison to the School committee
Dave Kohlmann-Parish Trustee Treasurer
My wife Laura and I re-joined the Saint Frances Cabrini Parish with our three daughters, Alyssa, Emily and Megan, in 1998 after moving from Brookfield back to West Bend. Our daughters attended SFC school as did Laura. My past involvement at Cabrini includes the school board and the finance council. I continue to be involved in Catholic Youth Mission trips (CYMT), Confirmation retreats, SFC-HD and as a Eucharistic minister. I have recently joined the CYMT CORE Team and am currently serving as a parish trustee.
I retired from UPS after 38 years and now work part-time at Milwaukee School of Engineering as a Senior Lecturer. One of my three goals when I retired was to grow my faith. In my involvement with the areas mentioned above, I feel I am actively reaching towards that goal and continue to better understand and grow my faith.
Mary Herdrich – Parish Trustee Secretary
I first joined Saint Frances Cabrini when I moved to West Bend in 1995. I am a Project Manager at West Bend Mutual Insurance Company, where I’ve worked for over 20 years. My husband Jon is a Pharmacy Manager with Agnesian Health Care; a Catholic based health care system in Fond du Lac. We have three children. Ryan, Brienna and Nathan Peplinski. Nathan attended Saint Frances Cabrini School.
I grew up in Stevens Point and attended catholic schools from Kindergarten until I graduated from Pacelli High School. My Catholic education taught me how important and rewarding it is to be involved in your community of faith. My first volunteer experience at Saint Frances Cabrini was teaching religious education classes. I later became chair of the school board, helped on the auction decorating committee, chaperoned a confirmation retreat and a Steubenville trip. I’ve served on our personnel committee and currently serve as the parish Trustee-Secretary. I feel very honored and blessed to be a part of such a wonderful faith community.
